Shirt, pinafore dress & spaghetti strap top all Next sale | Bag Next | Lula & Love magazine WHSmith | Escada perfume The Perfume Shop
Looking at these pictures it's pretty clear I am loving blue at the moment, actually only just realised just how blue all this stuff is! Ah well. As you may or may not have read, it was my 24th (AH!!) birthday last sunday and of course my family mainly gave me money as I'm apparently such a hard person to buy for. Moi? Non! So, with the money I got I decided to go on a little shopping spree with mumma Merritt as it was her birthday last thursday too...is it just me or are there so many birthday in july? Hi to any other summer babies that may be reading this.
We went to our local outlet centre which is called Clarks Village in Somerset, to be honest it's not always great there so I wasn't holding much hope but mum wanted to go and it is shopping after all! We headed to Next and there was a lot of sale stuff so I picked up quite a bit, I LOVE the summer feeling of this spaghetti strap top, the appliquéd flowers on it are just so so pretty, plus they're a colour I wouldn't normally go for so I have nothing like it in my wardrobe already. The baby blue sheer shirt IS a colour I love as I've already mentioned and the fit of this was just too good to pass up, it goes around my chest too without popping so that's always a plus. The pinafore dungaree dress was an impulse buy, and I don't regret it at all. Look how stripey and fun it is, great for a festival!
Then we headed to The Perfume Shop and I picked up a bottle of my favourite brand Escada, unfortunately this brand always discontinue their products so you can't get a hold of them which is a shame. But this one smelt amazing and the bottle's blue! Yay! The magazines may seem weird things to buy with birthday money but at £6 for Love and £8 for Lula it's definitely a 'every now and then' splurge. The bag you may have already seen on my instagram if you follow me and it wasn't in the sale (sigh) but it was too pretty to pass up and it's from their new collection so it'll update me into winter.
