Holding on to Summer
Levi Denim Shorts Ebay | Crop Top ASOS | Belt Primark | Jelly Shoes New Look (purchased on
ASOS) | Bomber Jacket Missguided
So I had a little idea for you guys...it's something that will hopefully show you that 'fashion' doesn't have to be expensive nor does it need to be disposable. Because even though I love clothes I feel a little ashamed when it comes to the amount I spend on them. Over the next two weeks I have six completely different looks for you using just two statement pieces I have recently bought, everything else is taken from my wardrobe...my first three are showcasing this amazing Missguided bomber jacket.
It's a neoprene dream and I have found myself wearing it far more than I thought I would. This bomber jacket takes the 80s trend and adds a twist, it's quite a busy pastel print so I had to be careful how I styled it. This look is, exactly as the title says, holding on to summer - we've recently had another little heatwave in England which gave me the perfect opportunity to get my Levi mom shorts back out adding just a simple brown belt (to keep them up, obviously.) Then I added a pink crop top I'd got for my holiday earlier this year from ASOS and bright white jelly shoes ending up with a great 'end of summer' look. The legs, however were NOT ready for the sunshine.
Stay tuned for look #2 on Friday...

I really want a bomber jacket and yours is so pretty, I love the colours and print :) I'm in the process of doing a similar thing with my posts, I'm trying to use as many items already in my wardrobe as possible as I'm on a little spending ban haha! I've spent so much money on clothes lately it's silly and there's so many things I need to get more wear out of.

it's actually ridiculous how much i spend, so trying to cut down but not ban myself completely...that would be too hard! xo
