A denim dress has been a staple in many girl's wardrobe for years and years and season after season. You may have seen last year that I purchased a shirt denim dress so this time I wanted something a little looser, cooler and with a bit more detail to it. Enter this pretty little number… I absolutely adore the embroidery on it, the pattern and colours completely complement the tone of the denim and the fact that it's on the sleeves as well adds a bit more interest.

If you follow me on Instagram then you will have already seen me post this jumper a million times, to a lot of you guys absolutely LOVING it – almost as much as me! I love the colour of this as it's not a shade of pink that I have in my wardrobe much already, in fact I think this is the only pink piece of clothing I own. But, let's just talk about this text:
Sarcasm is one of the many services I offer
At first I thought, hmmmm 'services' does that make me sound like a bit of a Lady of the Night, but it started to grow on my and now I can't stop wearing it. Apart from when it needs a wash, I wear it almost everyday!

As well as a denim dress, this Spring/ Summer you'll also need a fresh new denim skirt, I've opted for a midi one just as I already have a shorter version and wanted something a bit different. But if you are petite, a shorter length would probably work best. I really love this skirt as I think it's going to go with pretty much any top, shirt or jumper I team it with – in this gorgeous bright light blue colour it's definitely something that's going to go the distance.

I recently moved to London to start a new job and, while my workplace is super casual, I wanted some new trousers I could be comfortable in but also look a little smarter. These trousers are incredibly flattering; nipping you in at the waist, cutting you off at the ankle and slimming your leg because the fabric is so fitting and thin. The colour is also a little different to anything I've seen before – this pretty burnt orange, pinky rust colour works really well for the upcoming warmer months.

This was probably something that I wasn't too sure of when I ordered it but I thought what the hell it's a bargain! Even if I do feel a little bit like Fred Flintstone in it… When I wear stripes, it's normally the horizontal kind and in the form of a Breton top so I wanted to try stripes in a new way and this dress instantly caught my eye on the ASOS site.
I ABSOLUTELY need that sarcasm sweatshirt!!
